Despite being one of the smallest municipalities in New Jersey, Teterboro has a lot to offer to all of its residents and tourists! Despite having posh neighboring towns like Upper Saddle River, Teterboro is home to a small population. The place may be home to a small number of people but that doesn’t mean that you can’t have fun here. The houses themselves are a sight. The open kitchens, lighted hallways and gardens add tot he beauty of the structure of this place. Not only the city is a filled with spots for families and tourists it is fully equipped with all the basic facilities.
Here are some places you’ll enjoy in Teterboro, Bergen County:
Aviation Hall of Fame & Museum of New Jersey – Founded in 1972 this museum is a place you must visit if you’re in New Jersey! The museum is dedicated to the renowned Garden State’s aviation and space heritage. The monuments placed in the museum have brought worldwide recognition to the state and its residents who take pride in this distinguished achievement.
If you’re an aeronautical freak, this would be the perfect place for you from historic aircraft, aircraft engines, air and space equipment and artifacts, photographs, fine art to an extensive model collection. The research library has more than 2500 volumes. Even if you’re not into air crafts you must see these amazing items to get amused.
County Park – This place is perfect for the people who want to relax after a long week. Take your kids or a have a small picnic with the whole family, the park has a lot to offer. Baseball fields, soccer, ride a bike, play ball with the kids the enormous space allows you to do almost anything you want to. Like Tenafly, this town offers greenery. If you just want to enjoy the good weather drive around in your car and the greenery will definitely make you feel better. Don’t forget Kayaking!

Met life Stadium – Home to the two National Football League (NFL) franchises, the New York Giants and the New York Jets, can accommodate as many as 82,500 people at one time and is the second largest NFL stadium!
The stadium is also known for hosting the Wrestle Mania twice. You will also find the stadium hosting world class concerts, college football, International soccer and many other timeless events. However, if you can’t get a hang of these events opt for Individual tours or Private group tours if you are going with friends or family! This is definitely worth your time.
Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment – This is a tourist favorite along with a local’s favorite, there’s always something going on here so no matter when you visit there’s going to be some action for you to witness. You can enjoy racing and some fine dinning in here too.
Brix City Brewing – For my Beer lovers, best place for you to go near Teterboro! Their outdoor gardens are a delight for beer lovers, you can get beer on tap or to go! Enjoy it in their outdoor gardens or take it home, no matter what you do a visit to this place is a must!
Lambert Castle – Originally called the Belle Vista, the lambert castle was built in 1892. It is located within the Garret Mountain Reservation in Paterson, Passaic County which is only an 11 minutes’ drive from Teterboro. Looking like the English Castles, it was actually built by a British immigrant who had the honor of hosting many prominent personalities in his residence. Now this serves as outstanding museum for art lovers.
